Artemis Solutions Group Files Trademark Lawsuit
From AGIP News, Artemis Solutions Group (ASG), a global leader in consumer and small business smart card and biometric security solutions, announced in a Thursday press release that it has filed a lawsuit in United States District Court – Western District of Washington at Seattle against Tacoma-based Sagem Morpho Inc. , a wholly-owned subsidiary of French conglomerate SAFRAN group, alleging willful and deliberate trademark/trade name infringement and unfair competition with regard to its registered trademark BioCert.

Artemis also filed a lawsuit against Microsoft last year, which was amicably settled. Washington state seems to be an interesting place.
