Mcdonald's Franchisee sued over alleged Blood in Hot Fudge Sundae
From the Associated Press, a Superior Court judge in Georgetown, Delaware is scheduled to hold a hearing today in the case of a local woman who claims her 12-year-old son found what looked -- and tasted -- like blood in a hot fudge sundae they bought 13-months ago at a fast food restaurant.
